  • B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent degree
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Workshop facilitation using design thinking
  • Stakeholder management and communication

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on experience with workflow applications
  • Knowledge of business rules engines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint
  • Awareness of SQL for data analysis
  • Experience in financial domain (AML, KYC)

Key Requirements

  • Excellent command of English language
