Job Summary
This role focuses on designing the end-to-end experience of AI-enabled software development —from code authoring and review through to deployment and operations.
The Principal Designer will shape how engineers experience internal platforms and AI-enabled workflows—ensuring they are usable, coherent, scalable, and aligned to engineering standards and business outcomes.
This is a systems design leadership role, responsible for defining experience strategy, interaction models, usability principles, and adoption frameworks across a complex internal ecosystem.
