Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years experience in Power and Controls
Expertise in Control Logix PLCs and Safety PLCs
Knowledge of Wonderware and Motion Control systems
Experience with Manufacturing Applied Informatics
Proven track record in Lean Innovation methodologies
Strong background in Plant Engineering
Nice-to-have
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop Tech Readiness Roadmap
Strong leadership and business priority setting
Collaboration across diverse teams and organizations
Aptitude for communicating insights effectively
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years technical mastery in Power, Controls, and Information Systems
3+ years relevant work experience in innovation management
Solid background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
Proficiency in Validation processes and regulatory compliance
