Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The role requires performing routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as grounds upkeep such as cutting and sweeping.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident protected health information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures.
