In this role, you will perform corrective, preventive maintenance, installation, and relocation of multibrand multifunctional printers, as well as general microcomputer support and remote hands assistance if necessary.
You will be responsible for ensuring SLA compliance, updating ticket statuses, and meticulously documenting all activities, including photographic evidence and client signature collection.
