Key Requirements
5+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada
Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred
Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements
Experience leading change and influencing without authority
Familiarity with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems
