Integer is seeking a Senior Manager for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) to lead initiatives aimed at ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety and engagement within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EHSS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, along with strong leadership skills and a commitment to the company's core values

Job Summary

  • Lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • Develop the site EHSS strategy and providing strong influential EHSS leadership to the facility by serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on EHSS matters.
  • Champions EHSS Excellence by supporting site associates focused on EHSS engagement goals including safety committees/teams, ergonomics, management safety audits, recurring EHSS inspections, Behavioral Based Safety (BBS), and special skills/certifications.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHSS, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, science or another EHSS disciplines
  • 10+ years EHSS management experience in manufacturing
  • 6+ years team leadership experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, IATA, HSA, Mexican NOM’s
  • Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  • CSP or CIH certification preferred
