  • You coordinate all activities and processes within the D-LBO retrofit program at changing Bundeswehr locations.
  • You lead and motivate both the coordination team on site and the respective assembly teams, acting as the central contact between teams, stakeholders, and project management.
  • The position offers a key role in one of the Bundeswehr's most important current programs with attractive additional contractual conditions and daily bonuses.

Salary

Base: Planned E8Z pay grade (IG Metall tariff); Bonus/Equity: Daily bonus €80 gross/day; Monthly bonus €300 gross/month; Benefits: Additional contract with attractive conditions
