  • Conduct outbound calls to support patients with activating their monitoring devices and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Contribute to the success of the Patient Services team by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high-quality standards in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Salary

Base: $16.00-$24.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement
