Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
• 3-6 years experience in data governance
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience with SQL and Power BI visualization tools
• Understanding of master data lifecycle management

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK or DCAM frameworks
• Experience with Collibra, Alation, or Informatica tools
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
