  • The position requires interaction and review of data required of and produced by subcontractors for the project and the ability to summarize the data for the project management team to see and review.
  • The successful candidate will possess: 10 years of experience desired including large, multi-phased construction projects.

  • Technical and business writing skills
  • Knowledge of basic general contractor accounting
  • Working knowledge of construction insurances
  • General contracting experience required
  • Complex external reporting
  • Mature client-facing ability
  • AIA contract knowledge
  • Bachelors’ degree in construction or engineering
