Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for performing nerve conduction studies to evaluate the function of patients’ nerves and muscles.
  • You will work closely with Neuro-Muscular Neurologists, Spine Physicians, and occasionally Registered Nurses (RNs) to support patient care.
  • This is a rewarding position that offers the unique opportunity to travel to different locations each week, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel between sites.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or associate's degree from accredited END program or 2 years college with human anatomy and physiology study
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Obtain certification as Registered Nerve Conduction Study Tech within two years of hire
  • Working knowledge of peripheral neuropathy and neurophysiology
  • Knowledge of basic physiology, anatomy and science
  • Ability to assist with positioning and transporting patients
  • Must lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
