The Premium Lounge Host Supervisor, in conjunction with the Ancillary Manager, oversees the guest experience within the lounge, ensuring every visitor receives attentive, elevated, and seamless service.
This role is responsible for supervising and directing lounge staff, ensuring service standards, presentation, and guest engagement consistently meets elevated expectations.
The supervisor also liaises closely with the Ticket Office to coordinate guest access, resolve ticketing or credential issues, and ensure smooth entry for VIPs and donors.
