Job Summary

  • In this diverse role, you will be responsible for deciding approved superannuation claims on behalf of our external Trustee partner, and for drafting recommendations for Trustee decisions on approved and adverse superannuation claims.
  • Your key responsibilities will include working closely with the Trustee Services Manager, internal stakeholders, and our administrator to enable an effective experience from insurance decision to superannuation payment, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory obligations, legislation and codes of practice.
  • Zurich offers 5 weeks leave per year, 15 days personal/carer’s leave, hybrid working, and a $500 wellbeing payment per year.
