  • PLC and motor motion controls
  • FactoryTalk ME & SE experience
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Preventative maintenance and lubrication
  • Use of electrical testing equipment
  • Shift work including 12-hour shifts

Nice-to-have

  • Coaching and team leadership skills
  • Continuous improvement and root cause analysis
  • Experience with Studio5000 or Logix5000
  • Use of computer systems and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant electrical experience
  • Associates or technical degree preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
  • Low voltage qualification within 12 months
  • Previous food manufacturing experience preferred
