Job Summary
This role involves facilitating high-quality professional development across English and Spanish literacy programs for teachers and school leaders nationwide.
The Lead PLS will coach a cohort of approximately 20 bilingual specialists while delivering remote and onsite training to groups of 30–40 educators.
Compensation includes a salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive total rewards package.
