KBR is seeking a Director of Civil Engineering for their operations in Turkey, responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects supporting U.S. armed forces. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in engineering supervision and management, along with a strong understanding of military facility operations
Job Summary
Manages an assigned operational segment of Engineering by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.
Responsible for study, design, specification and services of transportation systems (road, rail, airport, seaport), bridges, infrastructure, drainage, underground utilities, hydrology/hydraulics, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, water resources and raw water supply, tunnels, geotechnical design, and other civil engineering works.
Shall have ten years (5 of the 10 years in supervision) experience in engineering design, construction, maintenance, repair, operation of major real property facilities, facilities programming and planning, and the formulation, coordination, and administration of civil engineering plans and programs.
