Base: $25.00-$32.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for equity after one year; Benefits: Comprehensive health, student loan repayment, paid parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Credentialed Veterinary Technician status
Emergency or specialty medicine experience
Ability to lift 25 kg independently
Availability for nights weekends and holidays
Strong communication under pressure
Nice-to-have
VTS certification in ECC or Anesthesia
Experience with exotics cases
RECOVER CPR instructor or professional
Empathetic people-centric approach
Curious nature seeking continuous learning
Key Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Active CVT/RVT/LVT credential in Colorado state
Minimum 1 year veterinary technician experience
AVMA accredited program graduation strongly preferred
