Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to lead site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, providing guidance to site associates and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and other standards.
  • The role includes managing an EHSS budget, supervising staff, and fostering a culture of safety engagement through behavioral based safety programs.

Must-have

  • 7-10 years manufacturing experience
  • 4 years managerial capacity
  • Knowledge of OSHA EPA DOT regulations
  • ISO 14001 ISO 45001 implementation
  • Root cause incident investigation

Nice-to-have

  • CSP or CIH certification preferred
  • Emotional Intelligence awareness
  • Strategic leadership skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Experience with lasers radiation process safety

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHSS or related field
  • 7-10 years in manufacturing environment
  • 4 years of managerial capacity
  • CSP or CIH certification (preferred)
  • First Aid CPR AED certification (preferred)
