  • Operational responsibilities include remediation of daily incident tickets, system compliance, system run enhancement, testing, staging, policy/procedure enhancement, client contact coordination, and operational recommendations to address availability and reliability issues on Linux systems.
  • This role requires U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency, and may involve access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
