Job Summary

  • This is a high-impact, high-visibility role sitting within the Global Partners & Channels (GPC) organisation, owning the end-to-end commercial and strategic relationship for assigned Indian GSIs across EMEA.
  • You will be the primary orchestrator for joint business planning, GTM execution, pipeline development, AI practice enablement, and executive engagement across your partner portfolio.
  • Accelerate ServiceNow practice growth within each Indian GSI, particularly across AI & Automation, Now Assist, and agentic workflow capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of GSI operating models
  • Experience with sell-to, sell-with, sell-through motions
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
  • ServiceNow platform knowledge (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, App Engine, Now Assist)
  • Familiarity with EMEA commercial dynamics
  • Experience with AI-led GTM narratives
  • Bachelor's degree required
