Key Requirements
Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy required
Current license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio
Completion of a Pharmacy Residency training program or two years of practical, hands-on experience as a pharmacist in an organized health system pharmacy operation is required
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory and administrative experience
