  • Responsible for providing expert support for SQL Server databases while designing and implementing tools and scripts that optimize and automate database operations.
  • Manage and maintain SQL Server instances, perform proactive and reactive performance monitoring, and act as an L3 escalation point for complex database issues.
  • Design and implement HA/DR solutions, support SQL Server deployments in cloud environments, and develop automation scripts to streamline operations.
