Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees are responsible for identifying residents correctly, recording all entries on flow sheets, and reporting any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.

Key Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum 10th grade education
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
