7+ years EHS experience
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge
Risk assessment methodologies HAZOP FMEA Bow-Tie
Incident investigation ICAM RCA TapRoot
Occupational health and ergonomics expertise
Environmental compliance and waste management
Nice-to-have
Experience in regulated industries Pharma or Biotech
Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills
Systems thinking and strategic initiative participation

Fluency in German and English
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years EHS experience
Higher education degree (MSc/MAS) in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or Life Sciences
German negotiation level and very good English
Experience in Pharma/Biotech/Chemical industries preferred
