Key Requirements
5-7 years of experience
Experience in change management, transformation, benefits realisation, PMO/analytics, or operational excellence
Proven track record supporting adoption, compliance, or behaviour-change initiatives
Degree in Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or Project Management (or equivalent)
Experience in large multinational organisations or professional services
Strong exposure to enterprise-level transformation programmes or system implementations
