Job Summary

As a Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction to subordinates, administering policies and procedures, making routine decisions, and planning and supervising daily activities.
In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).

Salary
Base: $94,692- $142,039; Bonus/Equity: short-term incentive bonus opportunity, equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles); Benefits: 401(k) plan, paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision)

Key Requirements
7-10 years work experience with Bachelors
5-7 years experience with Masters
10-15 years experience with Associates
15+ years experience with High School
