Job Summary
This role serves as the operational backbone of the Business Technology organization, driving execution discipline and team communications across a high-growth SaaS environment.
The successful candidate will manage the delivery and performance of over 20 contractors while developing plans to right-size the workforce and reduce key-person risk through structured documentation.
Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, this position requires translating technical work into business-relevant narratives for C-suite stakeholders and maintaining visibility on quarterly OKRs.

Salary
Base: $123,000-$180,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for variable compensation and equity; Benefits: Eligible for benefits in accordance with local policies

Must-have
8+ years program management experience
Manage complex cross-functional programs
Experience managing contractor workforces
SaaS or enterprise software environment
High emotional intelligence and accountability
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketo Zuora Gainsight Snowflake
Background in management consulting
SOX ITGC compliance environment experience
PMP PgMP certification
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Key Requirements
8+ years in program management or business operations
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
Prior exposure to Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, Gainsight, or Snowflake
