Key Requirements

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 8–15 years progressive HR experience
  • Strong exposure to site HR and field services
  • Proven contract labour management experience
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws
  • Hands-on administration experience
