The role involves managing manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, compensation administration, labour law compliance, insurance support, and field logistics such as travel and PPE management.
The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders including Field Services & Project Managers, Finance & Payroll teams, and external stakeholders such as government labour authorities and contractors.
