Job Summary

  • Own and grow Castrol Industrial’s business (Volume, Revenue, Gross Margin) across Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean by acquiring new logos, expanding share of wallet in strategic accounts, and strengthening our ecosystem of, Manufactures, Industries, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and distributors.

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years B2B industrial sales/key account management
  • Proven track record growing sophisticated accounts
  • Hands-on experience engaging OEMs/Tier 1s

  • Experience working with/through distributors in Mexico & CCA
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
