Job Summary

  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Partners, Product Team, Engineering, and Cross Functional Teams (Finance, Accounting, FP&A, External Reporting, Tax), to design, optimize, and scale finance systems and solutions.
  • Drive AI-Driven Financial Insights, Automation & Digital Finance Transformation by partnering with Data/AI teams to leverage predictive analytics, machine learning, and generative AI.
  • Provides mentorship to junior FAs and BAs through Community of Practice and other informal forums, and may supervise FAs in a Lead training of the software package to key stakeholders as required.

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in finance, financial systems technology
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise finance systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to write clear functional requirements
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and integration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
