Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure of protected health information immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring their personal care needs are met.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Administering routine daily nursing care
Recording vital signs and intake/output
Assisting with lifting and transferring residents
Maintaining resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
