Job Summary

  • The Commercial Manager is responsible for the end-to-end commercial management of large strategic contracts, both upstream with customers and downstream with Balance of Plant (BoP) subcontractors.
  • This position drives contractual performance, manages commercial risk, and supports the successful execution of projects ranging from long-term service agreements to full turnkey EPC contracts valued between $50M and $250M AUD.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related

  • Proven experience in commercial negotiation and risk management
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
