Job Summary
The Commercial Manager is responsible for the end-to-end commercial management of large strategic contracts, both upstream with customers and downstream with Balance of Plant (BoP) subcontractors.
This position drives contractual performance, manages commercial risk, and supports the successful execution of projects ranging from long-term service agreements to full turnkey EPC contracts valued between $50M and $250M AUD.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related
Experience managing large-scale projects or complex commercial contracts
Demonstrated capability in contract management for EPC, D&C, or LTSA agreements
Proven experience in commercial negotiation and risk management
