As a team member, you will closely collaborate with international colleagues to help solve customers' technical problems and contribute to a sustainable future.
You will act as a central contact person, supporting international customers via phone and email, including electricians and Fronius partners, and analyzing technical questions related to solar energy systems, storage solutions, and electric car chargers.
You will provide technical support to domestic customers and support internal technical questions from domestic and international departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing).
