Job Summary

  • Be part of the Guest Services Team at Rogers Stadium where our staff are our crew members and have the unique opportunity to create an exceptional fan experience.
  • Direct and supervise Guest Services staff and other employees performing similar services, and act as the point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and complaints.
