Job Summary
This role is responsible for department expansions and new product launches within a region, with the existing Ceribell customer base into ED, ICU, Neonatal, and future indications.
The candidate will partner closely with the Clinical Account Manager (CAM), who identifies an opportunity for expansion into a new department, completes the discovery, and builds initial support.
The ideal candidate will report to the RVP - Account Management, and requires travel ~70% of the time.

Deliver formal presentations and physician education
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel
Troubleshoot workflow solutions for departments
Manage administrative tasks using Salesforce.com

Neuro ICU clinical experience
Startup experience
Key Requirements
7-10 years of critical care sales experience
5 years med device or pharma sales + 3 years RN clinical
Experience working with multiple key stakeholders
Ability to accurately assess and understand stakeholder needs
Confidence and expertise to challenge the status quo
