This role will lead a team of specialists responsible for growing the Databricks Lakebase business globally, focusing on extending the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform into operational workloads.
Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, leading and developing a high-performing specialist team, building a new sales motion for developers and platform engineers, engaging strategically with customers and partners, and influencing product and go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud platform sales, with at least 5 years of leadership experience, and a proven track record of building new categories or scaling new product businesses.
