  • Candidates will manage the operating budget, prepare staffing plans, and serve as the central point of contact during events to drive timely decisions prioritizing safety.

  • Budget preparation and variance analysis for event services
  • Emergency planning using ICS and NIMS concepts
  • Coordination with public safety agencies like police and fire

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports/Event Management, Hospitality, or Public Safety
  • 8 to 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in public assembly facility operations
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading front-of-house operations for large-scale sports or concerts
  • Familiarity with emergency management principles including ICS and NIMS
