Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or technical field and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
• Green Belt, Black Belt, or PMP certification
• Experience in Medical Device with metal processing experience
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead in an FDA-regulated environment
• Experience working within a quality system or regulated industry
• Understanding of Qualification protocols – IQ/OQ/PQ
