Job Summary
You will be responsible for the implementation, deployment, and technical support of secure communication solutions, including VoIP and ToIP technologies, for our clients.
Deploy and configure secure communication systems based on VoIP and ToIP technologies, primarily based on the Mitel A5000 product range.
Provide expert-level technical support for existing communication systems, including troubleshooting voice call and IP telephony service issues.
