The Dietary Director oversees all aspects of the dietary department to ensure meals are safe, nutritious, and meet individual resident needs in compliance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
This role includes managing staff, maintaining budget compliance, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The work environment is generally low to moderate noise with reasonable accommodations available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
