Job Summary

  • The Field Execution Capability Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling our GB On-Trade Commercial and Quality teams to deliver this vision.
  • You will design and embed the capability framework and routines that empower our people to perform at their best — developing the executional, quality and leadership skills required to win in pubs, bars, and restaurants across the country.
  • This role will directly enable delivery of GB On-Trade targets by elevating field teams capability, executional & quality standards, ensuring training and enablement programs deliver measurable returns through improved customer outcomes, distribution, visibility, and rate of sale.

Key Requirements

  • University Degree or significant relevant experience
  • Professional career/experience in FMCG or fast moving sector
  • Extensive dispense & quality experience in drinks industry
  • Experience building business improvement programmes
  • Experience designing and delivering learning programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Project Management experience and ability
  • At least 2-3 years commercial experience
  • High level proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
