Job Summary
This role will specialize in business-centric technology program planning, execution, and governance while operating at the leading edge of AI-enabled product development and delivery.
Partner with product and engineering leaders to experiment with and implement AI-assisted development practices (e.g., backlog refinement, testing acceleration, documentation automation).
Lead and develop two Program Manager reports while directly driving strategic programs, providing mentorship, prioritization guidance, and oversight to ensure consistent delivery excellence and team growth.

Salary
