Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MD degree from recognized Faculty of Medicine
5+ years Medical Affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record in Oncology and Hematology
Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English languages
Experience engaging with HCPs, scientific societies, and payers
In-depth knowledge of Turkish pharmaceutical regulations (TİTCK)
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and medical teams
Nice-to-have
Demonstrated experience in real-world evidence (RWE) study design
Global Medical Affairs framework familiarity
Strong commitment to patient-centric mindset and integrity
Experience with HEOR and reimbursement dynamics
Track record in strategic recruitment and talent development
Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning
Key Requirements
MD degree required
+5 years Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience
Oncology and Hematology therapeutic expertise
