Job Summary

• Resort Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of Sun’s resorts, conducting building maintenance repairs and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment & various utility systems.
• Key responsibilities include performing general maintenance, completing minor repairs to rental units and facilities, inspecting and maintaining recreational amenities, and ensuring the resort is presentable and inviting at all times.
