Job Summary

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations or disabilities.
  • As a Physical Therapist on our Weekend team, you will perform Start of Care's, Resumption of Care's or Evaluations, focusing on mobility, strength, fall prevention, and functional independence.
