Job Summary

  • This position supports Boulder Parks & Recreation's Community Programs Team in delivering recreation and leisure programming for youth, people with disabilities, and underrepresented communities.
  • Passionate, dedicated, and creative staff will work directly with individuals by supervising and supporting them in activities while making a meaningful difference in their lives.
  • Roles include being a camp counselor at summer or school day off camps and being a program staff at weekly activities and special events with people with disabilities and/or people living in low-income housing sites.

  • Minimum 16 years of age (Staff I)
  • Minimum 18 years of age (Staff II)
  • 455 hours verifiable experience (Staff II)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Staff II)
  • Valid Driver's License (Staff II preferred)
  • First Aid, CPR and AED Certified (Preferred)
