Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide support in the areas of drywall, plastering, caulking, masonry of multi-surfaces; wall, floor, ceiling, tile setting; ceramic, terrazzo, and general masonry and carpentry to preserve the integrity of the buildings at Broughton Hospital.
  • The primary purpose of Facility Engineering is to provide a program of maintenance and repair of structures, grounds and equipment, operate equipment and utility systems efficiently, and provide planning, design, and construction management services.
  • Broughton Hospital is one of the three regional psychiatric hospitals providing help and support to North Carolinians experiencing mental illness.
