• Review incoming electrical warranty claims data daily to ensure prompt understanding of the issue and proper classification of the warranty claim.
• Lead the analysis of returned warranty parts for root cause then develop Interim Containment actions.
• Participate in phone calls to customers who agree to be contacted to clarify details of customer satisfaction with their purchased vehicle.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• 3 years of experience performing statistical analysis using Minitab
• 3 years of experience applying FMEA tool
• 2 years of experience managing multiple projects
• 2 years of experience conducting tolerance analysis using CAD tools
• 2 years of experience performing data analytics
• 2 years of experience applying Six Sigma methodologies
• 1 year of experience presenting data and communicating root cause analysis
• 1 year of experience applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
