Job Summary

  • The role supports the Cloud Security Assurance organization in enabling a scalable, repeatable, and defensible cloud assurance operating model across all Cloud Service Providers.
  • This position is responsible for the publication, governance, and continuous improvement of high quality cloud assurance process documentation including playbooks and runbooks.
  • Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on individual performance results and the overall success of the Company.

Must-have

  • 5+ years process design and governance experience
  • High quality defensible documentation creation
  • Single Process Inventory (SPI) management
  • Audit and exam readiness coordination
  • Executive level reporting on process health

Nice-to-have

  • Strong influencing skills across stakeholders
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms
  • Program or project management background
  • Workforce enablement and onboarding support
  • Understanding of enterprise control frameworks

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience designing and governing assurance processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to produce documentation suitable for regulatory review
